Information (Please Read!)
In the spirit of the Holidays, we are determined to do our best that every
gift reaches its recipient on time. However, we must accord with UPS holiday
shipping policies because in the end, they make the deliveries. We are shipping
from Eastern Pennsylvania - all orders bound for the east coast will be
delivered within 1-3 business days. For other areas, please refer to our UPS
map. Please remember that delivery times quoted on the map are business days
only - UPS does not work Saturday or Sunday. Also, UPS stops guaranteeing timely
delivery of Ground packages shipped after December 15th - see the Christmas
Schedule below for details.
Following are the holiday schedules:

December 15th.
Therefore we recommend that for all orders shipped to addresses west of the
Mississippi placed after Noon, December 15th to go by 3 Day Select. After Noon, December
21st, all orders shipped west of
the Mississippi should go 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. East Coast bound orders
after Noon, December 21st should go by Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. There is
no UPS pickup on Christmas Eve; all orders placed between Wednesday noon, December
23 and Christmas Day will ship out on Monday, December 28th.
LAST MINUTE ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS EVE DELIVERY SHOULD
BE PLACED BY WEDNESDAY NOON, DECEMBER 23rd, AND MUST GO NEXT DAY AIR. LAST DAY TO
PLACE ENGRAVING ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS IS SUNDAY NOON, DECEMBER 20th, ORDER MUST
GO NEXT DAY AIR.
New Years Schedule
There is no UPS pickup on Thursday, December 31 and Friday, January 1st.
All orders placed between Wednesday noon, December 30 and Sunday, January 3rd
will ship out on Monday, January 4th, 2010.
If you'd like to make special delivery arrangements (such as Saturday
Delivery), please call and speak with us personally.

We charge a flat rate of
$7.95 for all orders up to $75 shipped via UPS Ground.
We offer free UPS ground shipping for all orders of $75
and over, shipped to one address within the continental
US .
We are

Saturday delivery is available by UPS for an extra
charge of $14. If you need your package delivered on
Saturday you must let us know when you place your order.
We offer all shipping methods available by UPS.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the
item you ordered. We use UPS charts to calculate the
shipping cost. Once your order is shipped you will
receive a shipping confirmation by E-mail, including UPS
tracking information and an estimated delivery date. |

Please remember whatever shipping method you choose, UPS only operates on
business days!
